While we continue to miss training with our friends and teammates in gyms and dojos across the country due to the ongoing pandemic, we now have a unique opportunity to set new personal goals and focus on self improvement; both physically and mentally.
Everyone has different reasons for wanting to learn jiu jitsu, whether for self defence, sports competition, general health and fitness, physical and mental stimulation, to meet new people, or simply the achievement of attainting a black belt.
My job is to help you identify what it is you want to achieve from learning or continuing to train BJJ and then design a plan to get you there. All of my one-on-one private sessions are tailored to your preferences and working towards these personal goals, which could be short-term physical targets, medium term jiu jitsu and fitness progression or longer term lifestyle changes.
